Terms of Service

1. Services
Luna8 Studio provides web design, WordPress development, SEO, and Google Ads/Maps setup services within the United States.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices on the website are indicative and non-binding;

  • Exact pricing is set in individual client agreements;

  • Payments can be made via cash, PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo;

  • Additional work after project completion is billed separately;

  • Bricks Builder and standard plugin costs are covered by Luna8 Studio; clients pay only for development services.

3. Project Completion
A project is considered complete upon client confirmation by one of the following methods:

  • Email confirmation;

  • Physical signature;

  • PDF signature.
    All additional work after confirmation is billed separately.

4. Client Accounts and Access

  • Clients may provide access to website admin panels, Google Ads, Google Analytics, hosting, and domain accounts;

  • Luna8 Studio will manage the site and support via client accounts;

  • Clients are responsible for timely payment of hosting and domain fees; Luna8 Studio is not liable for late payments;

  • Initial setup of hosting and domain is included in the basic development packages.

5. Performance and Results

  • Services include website setup and advertising configuration;

  • Luna8 Studio does not guarantee revenue, leads, sales, or advertising performance;

  • Clients are fully responsible for their ad budgets;

  • Payments are non-refundable once setup is completed;

  • Luna8 Studio may optimize Ads/SEO upon agreement but can refuse further work at any time.

6. Client Content

  • Clients are solely responsible for materials provided for the website (text, images, videos), including copyrights and licenses;

  • Luna8 Studio does not verify the legality of client content.

7. Limitation of Liability
Luna8 Studio is not liable for losses, missed profits, or other consequences resulting from website usage, advertising tools, or client-provided access credentials.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
